WeatherNow Plus

• Cancel or change your plan: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → WeatherNow Plus. Apple handles all billing.
• Plus isn't showing after you subscribed, or on a new iPhone: in WeatherNow, open Settings → WeatherNow Plus → Restore Purchases.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Location and weather

• WeatherNow shows the wrong place: check that Location Services is on for WeatherNow (iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services), or add your town with the map-pin button on the Weather tab.
• No radar or official alerts: radar and official alerts cover the United States.
• Notifications don't arrive: in WeatherNow, open Settings → Notifications and send a test notification. Also check that notifications are allowed for WeatherNow in iPhone Settings.

Easier reading

Settings → Display has larger text sizes and a Simple view that puts a plain summary first. WeatherNow also follows your iPhone's own text size and VoiceOver.

WeatherNow has no account. To see or delete what's stored, open Settings → Location & Privacy. Read the full privacy policy.
